Patricia E. Feliu, President - Pat is a seasoned technical professional with more than 20 years experience in software development. She has a broad base of technical expertise in web, data base, software packages, and ERP technologies. Pat's key competencies include Java, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, and Oracle ERP (Financials, Project Accounting, HR). She specializes in web development, Oracle ERP custom extensions, client-server development, backend interface development, database tuning, and database design and development. Pat has hands-on experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle using various approaches from highly structured development life cycles to rapid prototyping methodologies. She joined NeoDimensions from Stanford University where she developed web-based reporting tools using Oracle RDBMS server. Prior to Stanford, Pat supported the Oracle Project Accounting System for Oracle Corporation, along with other major Oracle initiatives. She served as a senior analyst/developer for USL Capital and Boyle-Midway. Pat's consulting experience includes major projects for National Semiconductor, Warner-Lambert, and VWR Corporation. Pat holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.

Joseph M. Feliu, Vice President - Joe brings over 25 years of experience to his role as Vice-President. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations for Visto Corporation, assuming responsibility for the product and internal information technology infrastructure, software development, customer support and quality assurance functions. Joe joined Visto from AllAdvantage.com where he held similar responsibilities. Prior to AllAdvantage, he served as Director of Information Technology at Integrated Device Technology and as Senior Director of Information Technology at Applied Materials. In these positions, he was responsible for the operations of the global information technology infrastructure. He held several director level positions in operations and information technology for the US Postal Service and served as Vice President of Delta Research Corporation, a Washington, D.C. based consulting company. At the request of the National Science Foundation, Joe assessed the IT capability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 1994, he was elected Chairman of the Northern California Chapter of the Society for Information Management. Joe holds a BS in Mathematics from Manhattan College and an MS in Operations Research from George Washington University.
